Makes: 12-15 skewers

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2-3 JAZZ™ apples
  • 24 pink & white marshmallows
  • 24 red & green grapes
  • Bamboo skewers

LEMON & HONEY YOGHURT DIP

  • 1 cup Greek style natural or vanilla yoghurt
  • Zest of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Crushed toasted nuts, freeze-dried berries or Hundreds & Thousands to garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Cut the apples into even sized dice, or using cookie cutters make apple pieces into cute shapes.
  2. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  3. Halve the marshmallows.
  4. Layer the skewers starting and finishing with the apple cubes.
  5. Combine the yoghurt, zest of lemon and maple syrup and spoon into a serving bowl.
  6. Top the dip with the berries or sprinkle with Hundreds & Thousands.
  7. Arrange the skewers on a platter with the dip.
