Makes: 12-15 skewers
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-3 JAZZ™ apples
- 24 pink & white marshmallows
- 24 red & green grapes
- Bamboo skewers
LEMON & HONEY YOGHURT DIP
- 1 cup Greek style natural or vanilla yoghurt
- Zest of lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Crushed toasted nuts, freeze-dried berries or Hundreds & Thousands to garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Cut the apples into even sized dice, or using cookie cutters make apple pieces into cute shapes.
- Remove the grapes from the stems.
- Halve the marshmallows.
- Layer the skewers starting and finishing with the apple cubes.
- Combine the yoghurt, zest of lemon and maple syrup and spoon into a serving bowl.
- Top the dip with the berries or sprinkle with Hundreds & Thousands.
- Arrange the skewers on a platter with the dip.
