Ingredients
- Thinly sliced Jazz Apples
- 3/4 of half n half
- 1/2 of sharp cheddar
- Handful of crushed toasted pecans
- Pinch of cayenne
- 6 sage leaves and chopped fine
Directions
- bring half n half to a boil
- turn off and whisk in grated cheddar
- scatter apple chips on your plate
- drizzle cheese sauces
- Sprinkle pecans
- top with chopped sage
- sprinkle with cayenne and salt and pepper
