Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches)

  • 1 JAZZ™ apple
  • 4 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp. grated coconut or 2 tsp. of muesli
  • Juice ½ lemon

 

Directions

  1. Core the apple with an apple corer and cut into thick slices.
  2. Rub the slices with lemon juice.
  3. Put 1 tsp peanut butter on one side of the apple slices and press 2 slices each together, then roll in grated coconut or muesli.
