Ingredients 

  • 850g JAZZ™ Apples
  • 330g granulated sugar
  • 1 Lemon (juice)

Directions

  1. Cut JAZZ™ Apples in 2 cm comb-shaped wedges  and remove cores. Place apple pieces  in saucepan. Add sugar and lemon juice. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Put a lid on the saucepan. Place the saucepan over heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it to cool down
  3. Store in refrigerator
  4. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
