Ingredients
- 850g JAZZ™ Apples
- 330g granulated sugar
- 1 Lemon (juice)
Directions
- Cut JAZZ™ Apples in 2 cm comb-shaped wedges and remove cores. Place apple pieces in saucepan. Add sugar and lemon juice. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.
- Put a lid on the saucepan. Place the saucepan over heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it to cool down
- Store in refrigerator
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
