Ingredients
- 1 JAZZ™ Apple
- 100g chicken breast
- A handful of kale
- 40g of millet(Lentils・Redbeans・Barley・Brown rice・Red rice)
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 handful of roasted walnuts
Directions
- Cook the millets in rice cooker or in a saucepan of water until cooked.
- Place chicken breast in another saucepan of water with salt and herbs. Bring to the boil to cook the chicken. Once cooked, allow it to cool and then shred it.
- Remove the core from a JAZZ™ apple and cut into thin half moon shaped slices.
- Chop the kale and soak in water
- To make the dressing, in a small bowl, add the mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar.
- Mix millet, chicken breast, and sliced apple in a large bowl and toss in the dressing and serve.
Pointers
- If you put the chicken in water and then bring it to boil and turn off the heat, the chicken will be tender.
