Ingredients (4 Servings)

Caramelized apples

  •  2 JAZZ™ Apples
  • 30g of granulated sugar
  • 30g of butter
  • 1tablespoon of Rum

Crumble

・ 40g of flour

・ 40g of almond powder

・ 30g of granulated sugar

・30g of butter

Ice cream and cinnamon powder  (Optional

Directions

Caramelized apples

  1. Remove the cores from the apples
  2. Cut the cored apples into dices and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
  3. Melt the butter in pan, add apples until brown.
  4. Add rum and stir for few minutes and put the apples in 4 small dishes

Making the crumble

1.Put all ingredients for crumble in a bowl and dot the butter into the mixture. with your hands. Combine the ingredients together to form lumps.

2.Put the mixture on top of caramelized apples and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200℃ for 10-15 minutes.

Serve with some ice cream and cinnamon powder on top
