Ingredients
- 2 JAZZ™ Apples
- 2.5 cup of water
- 2 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 cup of sugar
Directions
- Cut JAZZ™ apple in half and take out the core
- Put sugar, lemon juice, water and apple in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let it stand until it cools off.
- When it is cool enough, drain the water and coat the apples halves in the sugar/ lemon glaze.
- Then wrap the apple with plastic wrap and freeze it.
Pointers
- Take out of the freezer and wait until it’s a little soft to eat
- You can cut it into cubes and add it to water or soda instead of ice cubes.
