Ingredients 

  • 12 mini sweet or savoury pastry tartlet shells

Sweet bites

  • 2 JAZZ™ apples, sliced
  • 1 cup dulce de leche caramel or caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped

Savoury bites

  • 2 JAZZ™ apples, sliced
  • 50gms feta
  • 50gms cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary or thyme (plus extra for garnish)
  • 2-3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Directions sweet bites

  1. Fill each tartlet shell with a tablespoon of dulce de leche caramel or caramel sauce
  2. Top with slices of apple and sprinkle with toasted pecans

Directions savoury bites

  1. Mash the feta cheese until smooth then
  2. Whisk together with the cream cheese and chopped herbs
  3. Fill each tart shell with the feta cream and top with slices of apple and drizzle with balsamic glaze
