Caramelized apples
- 2 JAZZ™ Apples
- 30g of granulated sugar
- 30g of butter
- 1tablespoon of Rum
Crumble

・ 40g of almond powder

Directions
Caramelized apples
- Remove the cores from the apples
- Cut the cored apples into dices and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
- Melt the butter in pan, add apples until brown.
- Add rum and stir for few minutes and put the apples in 4 small dishes
Making the crumble
1.Put all ingredients for crumble in a bowl and dot the butter into the mixture. with your hands. Combine the ingredients together to form lumps.
2.Put the mixture on top of caramelized apples and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200℃ for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with some ice cream and cinnamon powder on top
