Ingredients 

  • 2 JAZZ™ Apples
  • 2.5 cup of water
  • 2 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sugar

Directions

  1. Cut JAZZ™ apple in half and take out the core
  2. Put sugar, lemon juice, water and apple in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and let it stand until it cools off.
  4. When it is cool enough, drain the water and coat the apples halves in the sugar/ lemon glaze.
  5. Then wrap the apple with plastic wrap and freeze it.

Pointers

  • Take out of the freezer and wait until it’s a little soft to eat
  • You can cut it into cubes and add it to water or soda instead of ice cubes.
