WHAT YOU NEED
- 4 JAZZ™ apples
- Peanut or nut butter
- Sliced almonds and small chocolate buttons (or halve large ones)
- Blueberries or raisins for the eyes
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Cut the first 1/3 or top of the apple off and then cut the top in half to create 2 semicircles.
- Make a v shape in each to remove the core and make the little mouth.
- Cut the remaining apple into thick slices.
- Take 2 slices without any core and spread with a little nut butter.
- Use the almond slices and chocolate buttons to make a pretty scale pattern pushing into the nut butter.
- Take the remaining apple pieces to cut tringle shapes (use the lovely red skin side) for the tails.
- On a serving platter arrange a mouth, make a small hole using a straw and insert a blueberry or raisin to make an eye.
- Add the nut butter body and lastly add a little red fish tail.
