WHAT YOU NEED
- 3 JAZZ™ Apples
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- 3 sheets ready rolled puff pastry (semi-thawed)
- 1 egg + 2 tablespoons milk whisked together for egg wash
- Icing sugar for dusting
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Dice the JAZZ™ Apples very finely.
- Combine the apples and cinnamon sugar and toss together.
- Cut the pastry sheets into 4 even sized squares.
- Place about 1 heaped tablespoon of apple mixture in the center of each square.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg wash.
- Fold in opposite corners of the pastry and pinch together to nearly enclose the filling.
- Brush the finished little apple parcel with the egg wash and dust with icing sugar.
- Bake on a lined baking tray for 12-15 minutes at 190°C until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm with an extra sprinkle of icing sugar.
