Ingredients
1/4 cup diced JAZZ™ apple
3 strips orange peel
2 strips lemon peel
½ cup bourbon
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz apple juice

Equipment needed
Cocktail shaker

Directions
In an airtight container, add bourbon, apples, lemon peel, and orange peel
Allow to steep for 24 hours
Strain bourbon from apple and citrus peels into a cocktail shaker
Add remaining ingredients and a handful of ice
Shake for 10 seconds and strain over ice and garnish with a sliced apple!
