The Foundation was set up in 2014 and continues to help individuals, organisations and causes that are important to you so we hope you\u2019ll all join us in welcoming our new recruits.<\/p>\n

\nAffiliated with Great British Wheelchair Rugby and Canterbury Rugby Club, Canterbury Hellfire Wheelchair Rugby Club help disabled people of all ages learn and train in the game. Solely relying on donations, they run training classes once a week for their players and are looking to increase their membership. The JAZZ\u2122 Apple Foundation provided a donation to help cover the costs.<\/p>\n
\nFifteen-year-old Aliyah Afolabi is definitely one young, upcoming athlete to watch in the future and is already the UK\u2019s faster 60m and 200m sprinter in the under 15s category. Aliyah\u2019s been a keen follower of JAZZ\u2122 apples for a number of years now and makes sure she always has her \u2018apple a day\u2019. When we heard she needed help with the cost of her training equipment we were more than happy to step in!<\/p>\n
\nTom and his colleague are taking part in the Round the Island Yacht Race around the Isle of Wight to raise much-needed funds for the HM Coastguard. The epic challenge takes place over 3 days and sees over 1,200 boats taking part to help promote sailing and the work of the HM Coastguard. The JAZZ\u2122 Apple Foundation was delighted to help Tom with his entry costs for the challenge. <\/p>\n
\nBased in Kent, pupils at Trottiscliffe Primary School have recently started an eco-gardening club to help them to gain more from their external environment. The pupils are responsible for looking after the garden and the grounds but were in desperate need of some gardening equipment so when the JAZZ\u2122 Apple Foundation heard they knew they had to help.<\/p>\n
\nThe First Step is the only domestic abuse service in Knowsley and their goal is to support their service users not only to survive but to thrive. They run numerous mental health and well-being groups and activities that encourage a healthy lifestyle, including cooking classes in which users are taught how to make a healthy, home-cooked meal from scratch that they can recreate at home and share with their families. In need of ingredients and cooking equipment, the JAZZ\u2122 Apple Foundation stepped in to provide a grant.<\/p>\n
\nBased in Knaresborough in North Yorkshire, the Forest School is for pupils aged between 3-16 years old with special educational needs. They have recently embarked on a project to create a multi-use games area for their pupils and requested some funds to help with the costs of a Ball Shoot feature that could be used at lunchtime and in PE lessons. <\/p>\n
\nThe Little Beam Foundation supports children from 3\u201318 years old with mental health and well-being difficulties in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland through sport, art, music and therapies. They were in need of some new sports equipment so the Foundation stepped in to help.<\/p>\n
\n26-year-old Megan was left with life-changing injuries after an accident and supported by her life-assistance dogs, is aiming to climb Ben Nevis for charity. Thanks to Ruby and Rowley she\u2019s able to live her best life and we couldn\u2019t be more happy to support Megan and help her achieve her goal.<\/p>\n
