They were given an award to subsidise the cost of hiring an expert to support the training of their coaches and teachers to raise their awareness and skills in managing swimmers with SEND needs.<\/p>\n<p>The Coventry Wheelchair Basketball Academy is a not-for-profit sports club whose focus is on providing wheelchair basketball training and development regardless of age, ability, gender, ethnic<\/p>\n<p>background or religion. They were awarded a grant to purchase new equipment for their games and to help with the cost of live-streaming their matches to their fans.<\/p>\n<p>One of the aims of the Foundation, when it was set up, was to help organisations and people who promote physical and mental health in young people through sport and both of these clubs are the epitomai of this.
