One of the key reasons we teamed up with 2x Olympic Silver medallist, Commonwealth and European Champion Freestyle swimmer Jazz Carlin was because she\u2019s as passionate as we are about encouraging people of all ages to get active and energised again following a Covid-19 slump.<\/p>\n
Despite retiring from professional swimming in 2019 following 13 years competing, the motivated Jazz still gets up at the crack of dawn to head to her nearby Vobster Quay Inland Diving<\/p>\n
Centre for a refreshing open water swim, as well as hitting her local gym to tone up and keep fit and healthy throughout the week.<\/p>\n
But it\u2019s not only her own swimming that she is focused on as last year she launched her \u2018Swim with Jazz\u2019 programme, which aims to guide and coach people to achieve their swimming goals with support, advice and unique training plans. Jazz and her team of world-class coaches and sports professionals help swimmers improve their training in and out of the pool through tailored session plans and group events, whether you\u2019re a beginner or advanced swimmer.<\/p>\n
Jazz is honest enough to admit that she wouldn\u2019t have achieved her Olympic, European and Commonwealth success if it wasn\u2019t for the team around her helping her reach her dream so is keen to pass on as much of her knowledge and expert advice to the next generation of swimmers.<\/p>\n
