Happy New Year to all our fans, friends, followers and subscribers and we hope the year ahead is everything you dream of. The start of a new year can be the spark that many people need to make wholesale changes to their lifestyle, whether that be by eating more healthily, being more active or drinking less alcohol.

One campaign that we’re sure many of you will have come across by now is Veganuary, which was launched in 2014 and aims to inspire and support people to try being vegan for the month of January. The campaign attracted more than 250,000 people last year and the figure is expected to rise even further in 2020 with more consumers expected to reduce their meat and dairy intake for health or ethical reasons.

With this in mind, all our recipe posts on social media for the month of January will be vegan, including stunning recipes from the Happy Skin Kitchen and Nourished Naturally, as well our ‘recipe of the month’ in our newsletter, which we think would delight even the biggest meat eater.

Alongside these delicious recipes being made available, we’ll also be promoting the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle.
