A massive well done to Mark Gibaut who was chosen as the winner of our JAZZ™ Apple Recipe Book Competition for his delicious dish of JAZZ™ Apple Flatbreads. Not only has Mark won the ultimate prize of £250 but his recipe will also be featured on the front cover of the book, which will launch in January.

The JAZZ™ Apple Recipe Competition launched in June with consumers asked to submit their favourite apple recipes in one of five categories – starter, main, dessert, drink & children’s. A top five for each category was then voted on by consumers on the JAZZ Apple UK social media pages for 3 weeks with a winner and runner up for each category eventually chosen. Finally, the ten winners and runners up recipes were then included in the next JAZZ™ Apple Recipe Competition.

A huge thanks to everyone who entered the competition, voted along the way or simply liked a post on social media, it’s been great to see so much support for all the recipes entered into the competition and we can’t wait to show you the finished book!
