Makes 6 servings.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cups prawns
1 cup snow peas, cut on a slant
1 JAZZ apple, sliced into wedges
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce

METHOD
Heat oil in wok or frying pan and gently fry onions for 3 minutes. Turn up heat and add garlic, prawns and snow peas. Cook for 4 minutes then add apples and sweet chilli sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes then serve on hot steamed rice.
