Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches)
- 1 JAZZ™ apple
- 4 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp. grated coconut or 2 tsp. of muesli
- Juice ½ lemon
- Core the apple with an apple corer and cut into thick slices.
- Rub the slices with lemon juice.
- Put 1 tsp peanut butter on one side of the apple slices and press 2 slices each together, then roll in grated coconut or muesli.
