Makes 4 servings.

INGREDIENTS
2 cans chunk light tuna in water, drained*
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 JAZZ™ apples
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup diced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions

METHOD

Mix together the tuna and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Core and cube apples. Place them in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice. For each serving, spoon 1/4 cup of the tuna salad into a 10-ounce parfait glass. Top with 1/8 of the apples cubes and 1 tablespoon celery. Repeat to form another layer. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon green onion and additional pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestion: Drizzle with a little olive oil and add a squeeze of lemon.

*Canned, boneless chicken may be substituted for the tuna.
