3 cups rolled oats
1 cups candied pecans chopped
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 large JAZZ™ apple, diced (skin on)
½ cup apple puree (about ½ a JAZZ™ apple diced up)
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 T vanilla
1/3 cup maple syrup
¼ cup brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
In a food processor or blender, blend apple (about 1/2 an apple, diced) until pureed.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for oats and stir to combine.
Fold in the oats and continue to stir until well coated.
Spread mixture evenly onto 2 baking pans lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes.
Let cool completely and then break apart and store in an airtight container.
